Band Inquiry

In A Band- If you are in a band or represent a band that would like to play at the hangout here is what you can do.

  1. You can mail a CD or DVD, a short bio, and input list or stage plot to PO Box 748, Edinboro, PA 16412. This is your best chance. We believe that it takes time, money, and effort to mail something out. This shows a high level of inactive and professionalism that is not found in a simple email. It also allows us to have some your info on file so we can use you for future shows. Once you have mailed something out, then email is best to follow up with tour dates and times you will in the area. Then we can pull your info and set something up.
  2. Email us an E-press kit to hangoutbookings@verizon.net This is ok but it is easy to get lost in the mass of email’s we get. It is really best to mail something out, but it is always good to let us know you are out there.
  3. Produce your own show. Please read the next section.
I want to Produce a show-We always love anyone to produce a show at our facility. There have been a number of well know producers that have start at the hangout. We do our best to work with you on making your event the best it can be. Here’s how it goes.
  1. You must read through the “Producer’s Packet”. This has all of our guidelines for bands. We have to be strict about our guidelines because of our values of our audience and beliefs.
  2. After you have check the calendar and see and open date that would work for you and your bands you must fill out the last page of the packet and mail it to the PO Box or drop it off while we are open. You need to make sure you give it to Concert Hall Manager. The CHM will confirm your date.
  3. After you have a confirmed date you will need to fill out the “Band Contract”. On this you will need to have what time and order your bands will play and what their guarantee will be. This is so we can help you manage the evening and ensure success. Note: The “Band Contract” and Producer’s Packet” are not the same.
  4. After you have all your Band Contracts signed by your bands you must return them to us with an input list or stage plot. We ask that you have your contacts to us at least 7 days before your event.
  5. There is a $200 fee for the use of the facility. This is for the first 150 people in the door. It will be $2 per person after 150.

  2. You can also look the show up on Facebook. We do our best to post the shows and have event pages for each.
