Activities- College Age
The Gathering is held each
Tuesday night at 8:18 p.m. It begins with an opportunity to meet new persons
from ages 19-29 and hangout with friends. A time of teaching follows.
The night ends with Praise and Worship led by The Gathering Band.
The Gathering is hosted by Andy Kerr (campusandy@excite.com)
and is sponsored by McLane Church (www.mclanechurch.org).
The Café is open for college students on Thursday nights from 9:00 p.m. until midnight. Students are encouraged to come and visit with friends, make new friends, play cards or board games or study and read. Available at The Café is coffee, tea and hot chocolate (free of charge) and Capuccino and coffee drinks sold for only $1.00. Gourmet desserts are provided by a local baker and are available for purchase. When The Café is open, the Game Room is also available. You can shoot pool, play air hockey and foosball and play bumper pool. Additionally, Karaoke Korner will be in full swing on the first and third Thursday of the month.
